E. High efficiency: the duplex full air circulation is 3.5 seconds, based on the weight calculation of 100ML as 10g-15g, the whole operation will be finished with ecery 6-7 seconds(ie. the production is about 25000 for 24hours a day)
F. Stable: this machine is the new developed product of 2004. With computer-controlled temperature throughout the operation, even facing PVC that is tough requirements, it can operate easily with stable temperature, and plastic quanlity.
G. Flexible: the materials and color are changed conveniently without disassembling and cleaning the machine head, which improves the phenomenon of burning rubber.
H. Easy operation: this model uses the industrial control equipments from Hongkong Shanxing Computer Company, all are displayed with Chinese.
I. Safe: with computer realtime monitoring, when each of movement point is error, the computer will display the error and of alarm synchronous. Conveniently, it adopts emergency solution to solve the fault.
PS: This series machine is small, assembly of upper and lower mold is convenient, light, flexible, and safe, which enables you a significant amount of work in the small space. According to the production requirements, the machine of this series includes: SD40; SD45; SD50

(1) Installation service
The engineers could install the machine overseras, and the client should pay for the realated charges.
When the engineers arrive at the client place, they will give the comprehensive trainning till the related operater could operate the machie correctly.
(2)After-sale service
Provide the one year warrant for the machines,(not include the damage caused by human factors and the natural disasters) lifelong time maintanence.

(3)Trainning service.
When reached the order, the clietn could organise the operator to the supplier's factory.
We will provide the comprehensive trainning for the machines at supplier's factory.
Packaging and Shipping:
Inner: the machine was pallet with plastic film in case of wearing.
Outer: the outer was packed with strongly woodencase to make sure that the machine will not get damaged during the transport process.
Shipping:
The products will be delivered after about 3 month, when the payment received.
