The machine can carry out the three functions of bottle rinsing, filling and capping.
Production capacity from 4000bph to 36000bph base on 500ml bottle.
One machine can produce several bottles, volume from 250ml to 2000ml, only need to change some parts.
The filling machine is complete automatic, only need one person for operation.
The filling machine is constructed with SS304, some parts contact with product made of SS316.
The machine has PLC controller and touch screen.
The bottle loading section adopts air conveyor system.
The bottle output section adopts belt conveyor system, and the conveyor speed is adjustable.
