Filling Machine Functions and Features:
1) The PET water filling machine can wash, rinse, fill and cap 3000 bottles per hour up to 15000 bottles per hour with infinite speed adjust.
2) High quality stainless steel pumps with totally enclosed fan cooled motors.
3) Emergency stop and other safety features provide unparallel operator safety.
4) Cap holding bin with rotational cap feeding system for 28/30mm flat caps.
5) Caps heads of magnetic type, PICK & PLACE system, cap sterilization system before the capping process.
6) Full stainless steel AISI 304 for the rinsing, filling capping unit, the pipe, fittings and other part in contact with product will be made of stainless steel AISI 316 construction for years of trouble free service.
7) Air conveyor section before entry of 2 meters, and plate conveyor at output of 4 meters in basic.

1. What kind of information should you provide before making proposal?
(1). We need your confirmation about your bottle volume, what's your bottle size? Is it 500ml bottle?750ml bottle? 1000ml bottle or any other bottle size?
(2). Please tell us the production capacity of the machine that you demand. How many liters per hour do you want to produce? So that we can recommend the suitable machine to you and present quotation solution for you. For example, 5000 bottles per hour based on 500ml bottle.
(3). Please tell us the 3 phase industrial power supply of your esteemed coury. What's the voltage and frequency of the 3 phase electricity? For example, 3 phase, 380V, 50Hz.
2. Why price is so expensive?!
Answer: Firstly, pls noted that all proposals are made according to your special requirement, so that we can ensure our proposal is the most suitable to you. Maybe some others' are based on normal condition, therefore there are some difference among the proposals.
Secondly, normally we adopt worldwide famous brands parts, such as Siemens, Global famous brand, Mitsubishi, Omron, Panasonic, DOW, Hydranautics, CNP/South/nanfang, Autorol, Runxin and etc. Therefore the price is higher than normal.
3. What should be pay attention to besides price?
Answer: Besides the price, we also need pay attention on quality, product construction, design principle, configuration of part list, reasonability, convenience of operation, professional, service and etc.
4. How can reduce price/improve quality?
Answer: The first proposal is preliminary design, as a professional buyer, pls don't only focus on the price. If you have any question or request, pls don't hesitate to contact us.
