Product Description:
(1) Our equipment passes CE certification, and equipped with many protective measures to make sure the personal safety.
(2) Equiped qualified operator after training with key, so that he can choose the status of machine's on-off. For the convenience of testing and maintance, he can relieve parts of safety protection when operation. (Because according the requirements of CE, equipment must be stop and then the safety door can be opened. Which cause inconvenience to the testing and maintance of machine. ) At the same time, other staff will not equipped with this key, so that to protect their personnel security
3. Adopt servo motor hydraulic system:
a. The hydraulic pump adopts servo motor control to save energy consumption and reduce noise during working.
b. The machine equipped with double pumps, and the two pumps can work together and speed up when operating. Only the small power pump will booster pressure during mould clamping step, and the high power pump will unload pressure. Such kind of design only needs less power consumption.
4. Adopt Siemens PLC control system of Germanny, and the Siemens touching type human-computer interface(other cotrol system is also acceptable)
5. The screw is complexing GGS with nitriding process, which has more reasonable design, bigger extrusion output, lower energy consumption, no temperature rise(lower temperature rise, better for mould cooling speed, and speed up the output of machine), and more durable.

Inner: the machine was pallet with plastic film in case of wearing.
Outer: the outer was packed with strongly woodencase to make sure that the machine will not get damaged during the transport process.
Normally, in order to protect the machine well, we adopt wooden case to package the machine. Regarding shipping, we recommend sea shipping, due to the weight and volume is large.
