1.Bottle separation part: The motor drives the synchronous mechanism for transmission, and the screw drives it. Easy to maintain, simple to maintain, and will never affect production;

2.Drive part: Synchronous mechanism transmission, any transmission belt replacement can be quickly completed, and compared with traditional multi-layer arm type (replacement and repair require more than six hours), maintenance is easier and simpler, without affecting production;

3.The new cutting blade design is driven by a servo motor, which has high speed, stable and accurate action, smooth cutting edge, and beautiful shrinkage. Combined with a tag synchronous positioning mechanism, the cutting edge positioning accuracy is as high as 1mm;

4.Adopting a single shrink label feeding tray design, with a moderate height for easy installation of labels; Using frequency converters and photoelectric sensors in conjunction with mechanical buffering devices to control label tension, ensuring stable and smooth label transportation.
