1. Embryo feeding system: A single-channel servo blanking system is adopted. The billet is evenly divided, with fewer fault points and stable performance. The stepper motor divides the embryo, which effectively solves the problem of wear between the blank and the preform.
2. Revolving system: A special chain is used, driven by a servo motor, to make the heating unit stable in motion, fast and accurate positioning.
3. Heating system: China's unique semi-enclosed heating box with frequency conversion air cooling, circulating water cooling dual protection system, using infrared lamp tube to penetrate the preform heating, so that the stretching is more uniform and the transparency is high; there is an imported reflective mirror inside Aluminum plate, make full use of the heat energy of the lamp tube, shorten the heating time, reduce energy consumption and increase production capacity. And each lamp tube of each layer can adjust the temperature independently, according to the customer's different tube blank up and down, front and rear adjustment. 4. Light box heating system: Adopt straight-line centralized heating method, rapid heating and energy saving.
5. Mould system: adopts high-pressure mold clamping technology, no expansion mold phenomenon, and the mold clamping line is thin. The mold adopts a drawer structure, which is positioned on the back plate of the mold with four fixed tie rods, and can be easily replaced within half an hour.
6. Stretch blow system: the cycle time of one blow and second blow can be adjusted, each pull rod can be adjusted independently according to different tube blanks and different bottle types of customers, with high flexibility.
7. Handle placement system: A mechanical hand is used to automatically place the handle, which is convenient and concise.
8. Electric control system: Pneumatic and electrical components are all well-known international brands. The touch screen control system is easy to operate, has perfect monitoring and induction settings, has fault diagnosis function, automatic calculation report function, and masters the production efficiency of each shift.
9. Cooling/chilled water circulation system: There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube and protect the mouth from deformation. The chilled water leads to the mold, quickly cools the mold, and improves the productivity of the whole machine.
